I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to my site and would like to tell you about the site in general and its purpose.

  The site is about the spirit world and the paranormal, everything wrote on this site is my belief and views and i will welcome anybody elses point of view as long as it is not offensive to any belief or person.

 I previously ran the Shanry website but due to work commitments i could not give 100% to the cause and therefore regretably the website was closed although i still keep in contact with alot of the people who visited the site and continue to do investigations with them. At these investigations i am the medium and work alongside the Paranormal Investigators, below is a brief description of what happens at an investigation.

 Many mediums but not all are spiritualists. This is a religion and so like all religions has a certain amount of faith attached to it.

Mediums believe that they can link into spirit entities or different layers of energy in which other for the want of a better label forms of life exist and where life continues after what we label death.

  Paranormal investigators can use different methods of scientific equations and equipment to see what changes occur when a medium says a paranormal event happens. They are essential to each other in the ongoing collection of evidence of the paranormal to bring proof of what mediums believe in.

 As an example of how they work together, if they went to a site where people had reported paranormal activity, the paranormal investigators would first use their equipment to assertain any possibilities of natural occurances e.g draughts, light movement water mists etc. using their equipment e.g thermometer, emf and nid which emf stands for ElectroMagnetic field, nid stands for negeritive ion detector.

  The medium would then link into the spirit and the investigators would record any anomolies and changes in atmosphere or video any unusual occurances of shapes, movement etc. By putting this evidence together with the mediums information this evidence can one day perhaps be used to prove the existence of the spirit realm.Paranormal investigators want proof one way or the other/mediums actually know it exists, so they need the investigators to help scientifically to prove it.
